Within the NATS admin we can see many reports, but none are more useful to me than the Profit/Loss Admin Reports. Many program owners do not know the amount of data that is provided because NATS has hidden some of its best stats.

How do I know this? I had these reports built.

As a VOD Program, I have 12 different pricing packages and there are some special options that are for members only. It’s nice to be able to break down all of these packages by each Join Option so I can see which package is performing the best.

Finding the Join Option Statistics:
1. Enter the NATS Administration area and go into the Admin Reports section.
2. Select a time period for stats to run. Under the Site drop down menu, select the site you want to see Join Options for.

3. Now within the Breakdown by drop down menu, select “Join Option” and then Generate the Report again.

You will now see all joins and rebills for each Join Option/Price Point that you offer to your surfers and members. You can further breakdown the report by selecting a reseller, breaking down by campaigns, billers, etc.
