My Webmaster roots start back in early 1997; by 1998 I was fully into the online adult market. From day one I taught myself the basics, starting with a clean rip of PersianKitty followed by free sites, link sites, circle jerks, free hosts and just about every other traffic source back in the day.

Over the past 8 years I ran several Affiliate Programs, Paysites and a Content Plugins for Paysites. This knowledge helped me create a rather lucrative Consulting Business for Affiliate Programs, mostly based around NATS Affiliate Programs but not always.

In early 08, I sold just about everything.

This brings us up to current date. What am I? I'm a Webmaster, hardcore methodical, a true die-hard Internet geek. I love my work it truly is my hobby. I normally take my weekends off, however I cram in 60-80 hours of work during the week. I spend my extra time learning, playing, and doing hands-on testing of anything I find interesting.

About me pages should cover skills. So, here we go. I can script PHP, but I'm not a coder. I write my HTML/CSS by hand, in notepad2. I have enjoyed Photoshop for 8+ years. I build my own PC's and laptops by hand - part by part. I have and can admin my own Unix Machines but currently pay PhatServers to manage them for me. I have no in-house staff but I do contact out some work, like designs and grunt work to a mixture of people.

This why I created TheDocBlog, which is now my fulltime job, not that I'm a Blogger, I'm a Webmaster who can write. I enjoy building the Blog more than I do writing for the Blog, however I get great enjoyment from providing help and tips to other webmasters. The Industry and the Internet has grown so much just in the last few years it's hard for one person to keep up, let alone remember everything. This is where TheDocBlog comes into play; outside of trying to provide webmasters with information this will be an on-going memory bank for my visitors and myself.
